Talk Act Plan

Talk about loneliness

Jellyfish are generally solitary creatures and do not form social bonds, though grouped together by ocean currents they appear less alone. Did you know that there is an immortal jellyfish? Apparently, it’s a tiny, biologically immortal species capable of reversing its life cycle to avoid death. The symbolism is strong here, you’re not alone in loneliness, there’s strength in numbers. In Soara’s challenge - find a way to restore yourself.

Step 1: Talk about the past

  • Who is in your support network?

  • Who do you trust?

Step 2: Act in the present: Begin a project. Choose a book. Join a class. Visit an aquarium.

Step 3: Plan for the future: Set new goals.

Step 4: Can faith be restored?

The CATION Challenge

September is “Happy Cat Month”

Step 1: Find a Cat.

Step 2: Take a Picture.

Step 3: Think of a Cation.

Step 4: Share in our Pet Parade

Step 5: Continue to Catapolt into action!
