Step 1: Discuss the blessings in your life, times you received a gift, a tip, freebie, a reward.

Step 2: Soar graciously, pass on acts of kindness, plan good deeds, give a service, give a gift.

  • Donating blankets, pajamas, socks, and toiletries to shelters

  • Pay for a stranger's meal or coffee

  • Helping someone with a task at work

  • Giving freely to someone in need

Step 3: Expect no returns. How does gratitude change within you? Let you heart soar as high as it will.
